#9 ‘”soup” night’

Salut snowies!

Est-ce que ‘frire’ vous donne des frissons de joie? How do you feel about fried food? ‘Tis the season!

The soups on Tuesday will be as follows:

>”Soup” 1: applesauce/ compote de pommes

>”Soup” 2: sour cream/ creme sure

These are the delicious and usual accompaniments to fried potato pancakes, and I’ll be making those too. Il y aura beaucoup de patates (et aussi rutabega, navet, etc.) a raper! Feel free to come on the early side–6–to help me grate and bring a grater if you can…or other great accompaniments.

Also, on peut glisser sur les trottoirs so…have fun!
